Data Deletion

Coaches and workspace owners

• To remove Instagram access: open Connected apps in your dashboard and choose Disconnect, or remove CoachWorkstream in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites. Access stops immediately.
• To delete individual clients or conversations: delete them from your dashboard.
• To delete your whole workspace and all of its data: email [email protected]from the owner’s email address. We delete it within 30 days.

Clients and leads of a coach

If you messaged or booked with a coach who uses CoachWorkstream, your information belongs to that coach. Ask them to delete it, or email [email protected]with your name, the coach’s business and your Instagram username or email, and we will make sure it is deleted.
