Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of CoachWorkstream, operated by DanCueDigital. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your workspace, your team’s access and keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
Your data and your clients
You own the information you put into CoachWorkstream. You are responsible for having the right to collect and contact your clients and leads, including consent for text messages and marketing email, and for following the rules of the channels you connect, such as Meta’s policies for Instagram messaging.
Acceptable use
- No spam, harassment, or messages people haven’t agreed to receive.
- No unlawful content, and nothing that infringes someone else’s rights.
- No attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.
Billing
Plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Usage beyond your plan’s allowance is charged from your usage wallet at the published rates. You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid period.
Service and liability
We work hard to keep CoachWorkstream available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell workspace owners by email before it takes effect.
